About MITC

We’re a collective of specialist music industry therapists with an abundance of experience of working within the music business in various roles across all sectors.

Founded by psychotherapist and former venue and festival programmer Tamsin Embleton in 2018, MITC now has members across the globe. In 2024, Tamsin was given the ‘Industry Recognition’ award at the TPi awards 2024, for her contribution to the live music business.

We have extensive experience of working with mental health, mental illness and addiction; from high-end treatment centres to private practice and the NHS. Each therapist in MITC has their own unique music industry experience and psychotherapy specialisms to help provide the best care possible for our clients.
